Do appointment requests confirm my time?
Not immediately. Your request gives our team the information needed to review availability, your pet's needs, and the right amount of time. La Pawz will contact you to confirm.
Does La Pawz groom cats?
Yes. Cat grooming is $85 per cat. Submit an appointment request or call La Pawz so our team can confirm availability and preparation details.
What affects the final grooming price?
Published prices are base prices by size. Coat condition, matting, breed-specific styling, temperament, extra product, and special handling can change the final price. We explain adjustments before completing the service whenever possible.
Does La Pawz accept all breeds and sizes?
We welcome dogs across a wide range of breeds and sizes. Sharing accurate size, coat, behavior, and care information in your request helps us prepare the safest visit.
What should I bring for boarding?
Bring clearly labeled food, medication instructions, emergency contact information, and any requested vaccination records. Our team will confirm current requirements before check-in.
What are the boarding surcharges and exit-bath policy?
Boarding is $35 per dog, per night. A $5 per dog, per night surcharge applies on designated holiday and peak dates. Pickup or drop-off from 7:30–9:00 AM or 4:30–7:00 PM is available for an additional $15. Stays of two or more nights include a free exit bath.
Does La Pawz offer daycare packages or a multi-dog discount?
Yes. Daycare is $27 for a single day, $125 for five days, or $230 for ten days. A second dog from the same household receives 15% off, and dogs receive a complimentary bath after ten paid daycare visits.
How do you group daycare dogs?
Dogs are considered by size, play style, comfort, and temperament. Supervised care includes activity, attention, and appropriate rest rather than nonstop play.
Can groomers diagnose skin or ear problems?
No. Groomers can document visible observations such as dryness, redness, odor, debris, or coat changes and suggest that you contact a veterinarian. They do not diagnose medical conditions.
Are Wellness Care Plans available to purchase online?
Not yet. The first step is a plan consultation so La Pawz can recommend an appropriate schedule and confirm the services that fit your dog.
